Job summary

TechTree is recruiting for a Data Center Technician in Warsaw, supporting a major EU agency on a long-term infrastructure program.

This hands-on role covers rack & stack, structured cabling, hardware troubleshooting, asset management and on-site data center operations, with the ability to coordinate third-party contractors and maintain documentation. You should have 3+ years IT experience, 2+ years data-center work, and be eligible for EU security clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of overall IT experience.
• 2+ years in physical data center operations.
• Hands-on rack & stack and cabling experience.
• Knowledge of server, network, PDU, and data center infrastructure.
• Basic LAN, switching, and patching knowledge.
• Hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• English at B2+ level.
• Willingness to obtain EU security clearance.
• Ability to work on-site in Warsaw.

TechTree's client is hiring a Data Center Technician for a long-term infrastructure programme supporting a major EU agency in Warsaw.

This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in rack & stack, structured cabling, hardware troubleshooting, asset management, and physical data center operations.

• Location: Warsaw, Poland
• Work model: On-site
• Employment: Contract
• Contract duration: Initial 12 months, extendable up to 48 months
• Estimated compensation: €100,000-€120,000 annually
• Level: Associate

What You'll Do
