Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Poznań, Poland, seeks a Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role supporting critical infrastructure at world-class facilities.

Responsibilities include server and network equipment maintenance, structured cabling, and incident troubleshooting. Must have 3+ years in data center operations; strong cabling and documentation skills are essential. Certifications (CDCP/CDCS/CDCE and vendor) are preferred. On-call work and physical lifting up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Willingness to perform on-call duties as needed.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices preferred.

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues.

About The Role

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent position
• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
