Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Duchnice, Poland, is seeking a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure on-site at a modern data center facility.

This full-time role requires 3+ years of data center operations, expert cabling (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2), rack and stack, power distribution, and strong documentation. Certifications (CDCP/CDCS/CDCE) and vendor certs (Dell, HPE, Cisco) are preferred. You will work with engineering and operations teams, and handle on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Expertise with structured cabling and rack/stack.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.

Work Schedule

• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities
