Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Business Development Manager for Kentix Solutions in Poland to drive commercial development and sales of Kentix data center solutions. You will build strategic relationships with operators, integrators, and consultants, positioning Kentix as a trusted provider for critical data center infrastructure.

The role focuses on expanding presence in the Polish data center market, with travel 61% to 100% and formal employment within the ASSA ABLOY Group.

Qualifications

• Completed education or degree related to data centers or similar field.
• Solid experience in data center applications and value chain understanding.
• Knowledge of data center certifications and processes (ISO, EN 50600, etc.).
• Existing business network in the data center sector with active contacts.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on initiative and drive.
• Excellent Polish and English communication for business contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on Kentix data center products to customers.
• Build and maintain an international network of integration partners and planners.
• Conduct trainings, webinars, and presentations on data center solutions.
• Support sales colleagues on technical and strategic matters.
• Explore and develop new international markets.
