Verisk’s Data Products, Risk Analyzer, Reinsurance, and Electronic Rating Content (ERC) teams support the insurance industry across the full risk management lifecycle. By combining market-leading data, predictive analytics, digital rating content, and reinsurance solutions, these teams help insurers assess risk more accurately, make informed underwriting and pricing decisions, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage complex portfolio exposures.

As a People Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing four teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities. You will support employees in understanding their roles and how their work contributes to broader team and organizational objectives.
