Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join a global project for a transport and logistics client. This role focuses on implementing a corporate information model, covering the full lifecycle from data source analysis and mapping, through transformation and reconciliation, to building data marts and enabling reporting. You will work in an international environment alongside data engineers and analysts, contributing to strategic information management initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze data sources, identify issues, and propose effective solutions
  • Translate conceptual models into logical and physical data models (tables, relationships, facts/dimensions)
  • Map and transform data in Databricks, aligning source data with business concepts
  • Ensure data quality through reconciliation, versioning, history maintenance, and insert-only approaches
  • Standardize terminology, definitions, and KPIs across teams and sources
  • Guide best practices in data modeling and implementation with a consultative mindset
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in data analysis, modeling, and implementation
  • Strong expertise in SQL and proven experience with Databricks
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and BI/reporting tools is a plus
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to advise business stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English
  • Fluent Polish required
