Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into data analyses, build Tableau dashboards, and leverage SQL and BigQuery to drive business decisions. Fluent Polish and English required; experience presenting insights to management is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of analytics experience in Business Analytics or equivalent.
• Strong SQL skills for data interrogation and transformation.
• Experience presenting insights to management.
• Experience with Tableau or BI tools; BigQuery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis, reporting solutions, and actionable insights
• Present findings, analyses, and recommendations to various teams and senior management, effectively communicating complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
• Leverage SQL and advanced analytics to guide impactful business strategies and evaluate initiative effectiveness
• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and other tools supporting quick access to information and simplifying business processes
• Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and promote a data-driven culture across the organisation
