Job summary
AgileEngine in Poznań seeks a Data Analyst to analyze and visualize large-scale IT infrastructure and asset data, building pipelines and dashboards for internal stakeholders. You will work with PySpark/Databricks/Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI to deliver insights, support frontier AI initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid, remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications
- At least 4 years in Data Analytics with strong analytical skills.
- ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark/Databricks/Snowflake.
- Advanced SQL for large-scale systems.
- Experience with IT infrastructure and asset datasets.
- Dashboarding in Power BI or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Frontier AI tools and LLM integrations experience a plus.
- Upper-intermediate English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for enterprise assets and risks.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for large datasets.
- Engage with customers and engineering teams to translate requirements.
- Write complex SQL to derive insights from multi-source databases.
- Evaluate frontier AI tools to improve data workflows and automation.
- Support data quality and governance initiatives across projects.
