AgileEngine in Poland is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze and visualize large-scale IT infrastructure and asset data, building pipelines and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

You will design robust ETL/ELT processes, write advanced SQL, and create Power BI dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights. Strong communication and AI tool experience are a plus, and the role offers flexible remote and office options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data analytics experience with strong quantitative and qualitative skills.
• Robust ETL/ELT experience, PySpark / Databricks / Snowflake stack (or equivalents).
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries on large-scale systems.
• Experience with massive enterprise datasets related to IT infrastructure and assets.
• Proficient in Power BI or similar BI tools to tell data-driven stories.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagements and customer-facing discussions.
• Hands-on familiarity with frontier AI tools and LLM integrations.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards showing infrastructure, assets, and risk metrics.
• Develop and optimize data transformation pipelines processing large asset and infrastructure data.
• Engage with customers and partners to translate requirements into data solutions and resolve complex issues.
• Write optimized SQL queries to validate and extract insights from multi-source databases.
• Evaluate frontier AI tools to enhance data processing and analytics workflows.
• Support data quality and governance through mappings and schema normalization.
