Qualifications

• Experience with multi‑platform reporting (Power BI, QuickSight, GA).
• Strong SQL, data modelling and data quality validation.
• Ability to define KPIs and report performance clearly.
• Data visualisation and insight generation across sources.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted analytics and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Python or similar analytics tools.
• Fast learner of new data technologies.

What is the role?

A hands‑on Data Analyst who can turn business and product questions into meaningful insights, dashboards and recommendations.

The analyst will work on a combination of reporting tools, product analytics and will be required to use emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to accelerate delivery and improve analytical quality.

What are we looking for?

We’ve split this into two sections, the 'must haves' and the 'nice to haves':

Here’s what we need, there is very little flex on these:

• Multi-Platform reporting capability (e.g. Power BI, Amazon Quick Sight, Google Analytic etc.)




• SQL




• Data modelling, cleansing and quality validation




• KPI definition, measurement and performance reporting




• Data visualisation and insight generation




• Experience combining data from multiple sources




• AI-assisted analytics and workflow automation




• Python or similar analytical tools would be beneficial




• Ability to learn and adopt new data technologies quickly

Here’s what would make you stand out, but not essential:

• Product and digital analytics




• GA4 and customer‑journey analysis




• Experimentation and A/B-testing analysis (via Optimizely or similar platform)
