Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Business Analyst for the Commercial Excellence (CommEx) team, based in Poland, to support data analytics and WEU reporting across the Western Europe region. You will collaborate with commercial teams, finance partners, and local bids & tenders stakeholders to ensure high-quality reporting and data accuracy.

The role involves developing Excel-based tools, maintaining the CommEx database, and supporting process improvements while working in a hybrid setup (3 days on site).

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills with strong technical capability.
• MS Office Applications: Excel, PowerPivot, Access.
• Proficient in English and Polish; other languages are welcome.
• University degree in Finance or Economics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial and local bids and tenders teams to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Perform WEU distributor price claims, working with Commercial partners for approval.
• Work closely with the Finance A2R team in Warsaw.
• Process distributor end-user sales data to ensure accurate WEU reporting.
• Provide local analytical support.

As a Business Analyst within the Commercial Excellence (CommEx) Team, you will support data analytics and commercial operations across the Western Europe (WEU) region. Based in Poland, you will work closely with commercial teams, finance partners, and local bids & tenders stakeholders to ensure high-quality reporting, data accuracy, and process efficiency.

Main areas for the position:

• A business analyst based in Poland, dedicated to data analysis across WEU
• Supporting the following tasks:
  • preparation of distributor end user and price claims data
  • maintenance of the Commercial Excellence database used by Analytics and Incentive teams
  • development of Excel based tools used by the direct & wider CommEx team
• Work multi-functionally across WEU with commercial, functional, and local bids and tenders’ teams
• Active involvement in projects related to process improvement for the above listed tasks

What will you be doing?

• University degree, (Finance, Economics preferred)

Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
