Data Analyst

What You’ll Do:
- Report to the Data Analytics organization, where you’ll partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to understand their goals and deliver tailored analytical insights.
- Be a subject matter expert on the data, tools, and modern analytical techniques leveraged to best answer business questions, provide recommendations, and support strategic initiatives.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and predict customer behavior or market opportunities.
- Drive strategic business decision‑making through detailed analytics, insights, and real‑time reporting.
- Monitor and validate data pipelines to ensure the highest standards of data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Continuously improve existing analytics processes and reporting frameworks for better efficiency and self‑service capabilities.
- Assist in designing and managing scalable data models and analytics schemas to support robust reporting.
- Comfortable presenting technical findings and summarizing key insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Partner with Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering to support various data management, data quality, and data governance initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a data science, business analytics, business intelligence, or comparable data engineering role, including data warehousing and business intelligence tools, techniques, and technology.
- 3+ years of proven experience building intuitive dashboards in tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience working with modern data warehouse environments, including BigQuery.
- Advanced proficiency in writing clean, optimized SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Basic proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, or experience using dbt for data transformation and semantic models.
- Proficiency in native BI‑embedded AI, large language models (LLMs), and general‑purpose prompt assistants, including Tableau Pulse, ChatGPT, and Claude.
- Knowledge of SaaS business, KPIs, and metrics.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to see the "big picture" behind the numbers.
- Creative and analytical problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple projects, and managing stakeholder expectations.
