Job summary

Accenture Poland invites students to join a data and AI internship program in Kraków. You will work with IT specialists on client projects, focusing on data engineering, analytics and visualization, with a potential for future full-time employment.

You will be part of international teams, gain hands-on experience, and receive mentorship and structured development from day one.

Qualifications

• Active student status with availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Paid internship for minimum 3 months, 4–5 days per week.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of Python (Pandas and NumPy).
• Foundational knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Analytics and AI.
• Ability to analyze data and present results via aggregation and visualization.
• English and Polish communication skills, written and oral.

Our internship program is designed to help you launch your career in data and AI. During the program, you will develop your skills within one of the following specialization paths:

• Data Engineering
• Databricks
• Snowflake
• Palantir
• Data Analyst

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active student status with availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Availability for a paid internship of a minimum of 3 months, working 4-5 days per week.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of Python, including Pandas and NumPy.
• Foundational knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and AI.
• Ability to analyze data and present results through aggregation and visualization.
• English and Polish communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to collaborate with team members and report analysis outcomes to stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Interest in developing skills in Big Data, Data Analytics, or AI development.
• Interest in learning new tools and cloud technologies.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and work proactively in a team environment.
• Analytical skills and adaptability to new tasks, situations, and deadlines.
