Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join their Sofia-based team. You will monitor content, analyze risks, and ensure platform safety while providing Danish language support for user concerns.

The role requires native/fluent Danish, an EU passport, and excellent analytical skills. You will work on-site in Sofia with a relocation package and opportunities for growth within an international team.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make objective decisions under pressure.
• Previous experience in moderation or customer service is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with social media safety standards.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks and policy violations on the platform.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling sensitive content within the social media ecosystem.
• Provide high-quality linguistic support in Danish to address specific user concerns and safety reports.
