Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a D365 Low-Code Architect to lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions for client engagements.

This role combines deep technical governance with consulting and leadership, enabling digital transformation through low-code automation and AI-powered solutions, in an agile Kraków-based environment.

You will mentor teams, contribute to pre-sales, and ensure security and compliance across implementations while driving value for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in leading consulting or architect roles.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform architecture and governance.
• Strong understanding of AI and responsible AI practices.
• Hands-on experience with PPAC, Microsoft Admin Center, Entra ID, and Azure.
• Proven ability to design secure and compliant solutions.
• Experience in solution integration, security, and enterprise architecture.
• Familiarity with testing, governance, and risk management for AI-powered solutions.
• Fluent English.
• Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power Platform consulting engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
• Design and document architecture, data models, and technical specifications.
• Ensure governance, security, compliance and best practices across Power Platform and AI implementations.

• Supporting pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and Proof of Concepts

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Leading Consultant, Architect, or in a similar role
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform architecture and governance
• Strong understanding of AI and agentic solutions, including Responsible AI practices
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC), Microsoft Admin Center, Entra ID, and Azure
• Proven ability to design and implement secure and compliant solutions
• Experience in solution integration, security, and enterprise architecture
• Familiarity with testing, governance, and risk management for AI-powered solutions
• Fluent English
• Residency in Poland
