Sii Poland seeks a D365 Low-Code Architect to lead design and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions for strategic clients.

The role combines deep technical expertise with consulting and leadership to accelerate digital transformation via low-code, automation, and AI-driven solutions. Fluency in English and Poland residency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in leading consultancy or architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in Power Platform architecture and governance.
• Knowledge of AI and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with PPAC, Microsoft Admin Center, Entra ID and Azure.
• Ability to design secure, compliant solutions and perform enterprise integration.
• Familiarity with testing, governance, and risk management for AI-powered solutions.
• Fluent English; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power Platform consulting engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
• Design and document architecture, data models, and technical specifications.
• Ensure governance, security, compliance across Power Platform and AI implementations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
• Drive adoption through workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proofs of concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate solutions with enterprise systems.
• Continuously identify opportunities for optimization, innovation and client value.
• Work in Agile environments, managing and prioritizing customer backlogs.

We are looking for a D365 Low-Code Architect to join our technology consulting team and lead the design and delivery of innovative business solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. This is a strategic, client-facing role for an experienced professional who combines strong technical expertise with consulting and leadership capabilities, helping organizations accelerate digital transformation through low-code technologies, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

Your tasks

• Leading Power Platform consulting engagements from discovery through delivery
• Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture
• Designing and documenting solutions, including architecture, data models, and technical specifications
• Ensuring governance, security, compliance, and best practices across Power Platform and AI implementations
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring, troubleshooting, and code reviews
• Driving adoption through workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Supporting pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and Proof of Concepts
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and integrating solutions with enterprise systems
• Continuously identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, and additional client value
• Working in Agile environments, managing and prioritizing customer backlogs

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Leading Consultant, Architect, or in a similar role
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform architecture and governance
• Strong understanding of AI and agentic solutions, including Responsible AI practices
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC), Microsoft Admin Center, Entra ID, and Azure
• Proven ability to design and implement secure and compliant solutions
• Experience in solution integration, security, and enterprise architecture
• Familiarity with testing, governance, and risk management for AI-powered solutions
• Fluent English
• Residency in Poland
