ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead end-to-end cyber/technology initiatives in a multi-year transformation. You will manage complex budgets, forecast spending, and coordinate across cyber, architecture, engineering, and operations teams while ensuring governance and alignment with security and audit requirements.

The role requires strong PKI/CLM knowledge, proven governance across multiple streams, and a track record of delivering large-scale technology

Qualifications

• Proven Cyber/Technology Programme Management for complex, multi-year initiatives including technology transformation.
• Strong knowledge of PKI and CLM (certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, key management concepts, automation).
• Track record managing multiple workstreams including proficiency in discussing technicalities and senior stakeholder governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programme delivery (scope, plan, RAID, dependencies, governance) across several workstreams.
• Manage budget, forecasting, vendor spend, and financial governance (multi million USD).
• Coordinate stakeholders across Cyber, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and external suppliers.
• Ensure delivery meets security, resilience, and audit requirements; produce clear reporting and executive updates.
