Job summary

Sii Poland in Kraków, Poland seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer to ensure product cybersecurity across the full development lifecycle. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement global standards and protect advanced automotive systems.

Key responsibilities include threat analysis, risk assessments, and security design across hardware, software, and system layers, with strong collaboration in a global organization. Fluent English required; on-site role in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity in automotive or embedded environments.
• Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434 and product cybersecurity lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of system, hardware and software engineering domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain cybersecurity plans for automotive products.
• Conduct threat analysis and risk assessments (TARA).
• Develop cybersecurity concepts (functional and technical).
• Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO/SAE 21434 and ASPICE.
• Support cybersecurity design across system, hardware and software layers.
• Perform verification and validation activities, including reviews and testing.
• Monitor vulnerabilities and support incident response processes (P-SIRT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cybersecurity requirements.

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join an international project in the automotive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product cybersecurity compliance across the full development lifecycle, working closely with cross‑functional teams and supporting global standards implementation. You will play a key role in protecting advanced automotive systems and contributing to high‑impact solutions that improve safety worldwide.

Your Tasks

• Defining and maintaining cybersecurity plans for automotive products
