Job description

At this role you will focus on designing and launching innovative cybersecurity service offerings that help customers secure their digital workplace. You will work cross‑functionally with security, software, services, sales, and global teams to build, position, and scale security offerings worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global security services strategy and portfolio
• Develop new professional and managed cybersecurity service offerings
• Translate global and regional needs into scalable service solutions
• Drive portfolio growth through deal engagement and market positioning
• Lead competitive analysis, pricing, and feature definition
• Build and manage strategic alliances and service partners
• Provide technical leadership across digital and cyber security domains
• Support sales and pre‑sales with proposals and solution shaping

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT security offering or services development (GSI preferred)
• Strong knowledge of digital and cyber security technologies and trends (incl. AI)
• Experience designing and delivering cybersecurity solutions
• Understanding of IT outsourcing and services business models
• Ability to influence cross‑functional and global stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus
