Aviva Services Excellence Centre in Warsaw is hiring a Cyber Response Technical Team Lead to lead a Senior Cyber Security Analyst team within our GSOC. This role blends hands-on security work with people leadership, driving improvements in incident response, playbooks, automation, and AI adoption.

You’ll manage performance, coach staff, and coordinate across multiple cyber security teams while staying engaged in high-severity investigations. Hybrid work from Poland with some days in Warsaw.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in Cyber Security, including hands-on Security Operations, Incident Response, or DFIR.

Aufgaben

• Leading and managing a team of Senior Cyber Security Analysts/Incident Responders.
• Owning team performance, engagement, development plans, and career progression.
• Providing coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership to enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinating day-to-day activities, workload prioritization, resource allocation, and team scheduling.
• Acting as the primary GSOC escalation point for complex and high-severity incidents.
• Leading hands-on investigations, containment, eradication and recovery activities.
