Aviva in Poland is hiring a Security Analyst to monitor and respond to cyber threats across the group. You will own incidents end-to-end, coordinate with global teams and drive improvements to detection and response.

This role sits in our GSOC, offering hybrid work from Poland with occasional days in Warsaw. We value proactive, technically skilled professionals who can operate under pressure and translate complex security events into effective actions.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on SOC experience.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level, written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of incident management frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain).
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
• Solid networking fundamentals and IT operations knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Real-Time Defence: monitor IT security breaches and respond to incidents.
• Incident Ownership: lead response through detection to containment and recovery.
• Threat Correlation: link multiple threats for a bigger picture.
• Detection Optimization: improve correlation rules and tuning radar.
• Documentation Mastery: draft GSOC playbooks and response plans.
• Subject Matter Expert: act as SME for GSOC projects.
