Specialist (Mid / Regular), Senior Specialist (Senior)

  • Direct contact with retailers and individual clients via email and phone to provide information on order status;
  • Timely and accurate processing of incoming customer orders from Miele retail partners;
  • Clarifying customer complaints;
  • Checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions and telephone product advice.

  • Relevant work experience in customer service is an advantage;
