What You’ll Do

We are looking for a smart, punctual & detail‑oriented person who is willing to take on data entry processes and has an interest in software applications used by business jet operators in the US, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. You will work closely with customers, sales and product managers to:

  • Provide support services for customers: data entry & data verification; set up, monitor, and fix data loading scripts; create mappings and configurations for data imports.
  • Transform large Excel spreadsheets into an appropriate format.
  • Perform administration of existing accounts and configure the port.
  • Contact customers for correcting mistakes, verifying data, sending missing information, and delivering results of data imports.
  • Cooperate with product management team and report bugs.

You will be working 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst, auditor or accounting specialist.
  • Intermediate English level or higher.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Degree in Science.
  • Neat, capable of working with a large volume of numbers.
  • Punctual and self‑motivated.
  • Positive‑minded.
