Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Specialist fluent in Spanish to join our international team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, delivering exceptional service and support throughout their entire shopping experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Telephone and e-mail service for Spanish-speaking individual clients.
  • Presenting Beliani products to our clients.
  • Chat service.
  • Managing the timely execution of orders and return shipments.
  • Handling customer service inquiries pre- and post-sale via phone, e-mail, and chat.
  • Reporting to the Country Team Leader.

Our requirements

  • Based in Szczecin (Poland) or willing to relocate.
  • Fluency in Spanish (min. C1 level).
  • Communicative level of English (min. B1 level).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good cultural knowledge of a specific market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Cloud Suite.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and be a problem solver.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in any other European languages.
