Job Description

As Customer Service Specialist representative with French you will manage communication with our business clients for French speaking market. Activities include order management to ensure timely delivery, in consistent way and troubleshoot possible issues with Customers.

You will be the key link between the Customer, PPG Customer Service Team, Credit organization and Warehouse.

You will work in a hybrid model from our office located in Wrocław.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers through phone and e-mail
  • Making use of shared mailbox for business communication and categorize and archive messages in line with guidelines
  • Processing orders in time and responding promptly to customer requirements
  • Monitoring orders making use of standard tools and communicate and coordinate with stakeholders and customers as necessary
  • Monitoring replenishment items and their availability in the warehouse
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Following customer service best practices, procedures, PPG guidelines and policies and legal requirements
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward internal and external customers at all times.
  • Give feedback on the team results and open actions during the weekly or monthly meeting

Qualifications

  • English and French are required
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Familiar with computer applications, including MS Office, Teams
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
