Brown-Forman in Warsaw is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to manage orders and support the order-to-cash process in a hybrid role.

You will coordinate with distributors, production sites, and logistics teams, ensuring timely, accurate processing of domestic and international orders while leveraging SAP.

English and French fluency are required, and you will contribute to continuous improvement within the Global Supply Chain.

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or supply chain management.
• English and French at a communicative professional level.

Meaningful Work from Day One

Manage orders and ensure seamless order-to-cash processes. Your role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize processes, and support the supply chain strategy.

This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Warsaw office and Fridays working from home)

What You Can Expect

• Manage domestic and international orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Act as the primary liaison between distributors, supply chain integration, production sites, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve day-to-day supply chain challenges and support logistics and shipping teams.
• Oversee the introduction of new products and manage package or proof changes.
• Ensure error-free electronic data interchange (EDI) of distributor purchase orders into SAP.
• Prepare proforma invoices and ensure compliance with Letter of Credit requirements.
• Coordinate special customs documents and manage shipment verification activities.
• Analyze order patterns and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain distributor profiles, including regulatory requirements and master data.
