Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be involved in supporting customers, processing orders and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Here’s a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for:

  • Processing incoming customer orders – email & EDI
  • Booking customer invoices
  • Managing product availability via the system database
  • Monitoring deliveries to customers
  • Handling customer complaints and related issues, liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions
  • Providing high-quality service, advice, and technical support to customers
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers via telephone and email, both in English and Polish
  • Monitoring stock orders and issuing invoices and credit notes
  • Preparing documents and reports for future reference
  • Cooperating with carriers and warehouse companies

In this role, it is important that you are multi-task person, able to work autonomously, flexibly and collaboratively with individuals and customers located internationally. We are all about making useful things joyful, so we love it when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following:

  • Experience in customer service or administration – ideally in FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods)
  • University degree
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems
