Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)


What to expect:

• Providing comprehensive and individual support of customer inquiries via telephone, web, e-mail and fax
• Processing orders, quotations and complaints following our "Service Excellence" approach
• Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Verifying and ensuring product quality and delivery dates in close cooperation with our parent company in the U.S.
• Supporting our customers throughout the ordering process and advising them on our product range
• Collaborating with other departments to best meet the customers’ needs

What we are looking for:

• Successful completion of vocational training or a comparable qualification
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service; profound telephone experience, interest and enthusiasm about customer contact via telephone is an advantage
• Service-orientated mentality and high standards of quality
• Results-oriented work ethic, reliable and analytical approach to work, as well as negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English, both written and spoken; other languages are advantageous
• Confident in MS-Office; experience with other programs is an advantage
• Enjoy working efficiently with a motivated, international team
