Customer Service Professional with German

GDAŃSK

hybrid mode - 2 days/week from the office

Your daily tasks:

Providing the highest level of customer service (phone/e-mail) in fin-tech industry;

Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;

Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;

Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;

Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

Language: Proficiency in German (C1) and basic English (A2);

Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;

Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;

Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:

Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);

Basic salary + bonuses;

Flexible working hours: 7:00 am - 10:00 pm, Monday - Sunday (5 days per week, 8 hours a day);

hybrid work (only 2 days from the office in Gdańsk)
