Qualifications
  • at least C1-level proficiency in Polish language, both written & verbal.
  • B2 English language skills.
  • Proven experience in a Customer Service role, ideally within consumer products.
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and platforms (e.g CRM, WebChat, Review Sites).
  • Competence in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to empathize with customers while maintaining an objective perspective.
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to handle queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to support colleagues.
Optional qualifications
  • High school graduate or similar.
  • Previous experience in customer service with or in a Contact Centre.
  • Experience in complaint handling to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with Social Media and/or E-Commerce platforms.
  • Experience in cross-selling or up-selling product.
