Job summary

Jobtailor in Kraków is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer implementations from kickoff through successful delivery.

You will coordinate across customers, consultants, sales, customer success and technical teams to turn complex deployment goals into practical project plans, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience. The role requires proactive planning and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of project management experience.
• Direct experience leading all phases of the IT software implementation project lifecycle.
• Experience running multiple projects with cross‑team dependencies.
• Familiarity with web technologies, SaaS deployments, REST APIs, and basic troubleshooting concepts.
