PerkinElmer is seeking a Customer Operations Leader to drive operational excellence in Krakow within the OneSource team. You will empower staff, streamline processes, and partner with stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

You will develop people, use data to guide decisions, and roll up your sleeves to improve day-to-day operations, balancing workload and deadlines with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in a team-based customer service environment.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and automation projects.
• Strong data-driven decision making and KPI reporting.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff and manage workload peaks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for the support center and field staff to ensure strong operational support.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across processes to reduce manual work.
• Lead performance reporting and use data to guide leadership decisions.
• Coach the team on KPIs and impact of individual contributions on outcomes.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to implement lasting solutions and prevent repeats.
