About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our online presence and promote our brand across digital channels. This position plays a key role in shaping the company’s image, increasing visibility, and building strong brand awareness in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across e-commerce platforms, social media, and online advertising.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns and product promotions to increase traffic, visibility, and sales.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create, publish, and optimize content aligned with the company’s values, sustainability goals, and brand tone.
  • Generate and qualify leads through digital campaigns, website forms, and social media activities, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and report actionable insights.
  • Support brand positioning and ensure consistency of visual identity and communication across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen the company’s online presence within the construction industry.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management (experience in the construction or building materials industry will be an advantage).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Analytical mindset combined with creativity and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
