The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Customer Dialog Representative with Spanish you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here You Will Make An Impact By

  • Providing customer support for 3M products and services via phone (only inbound calls) and email.
  • Presenting our products, services, and promotions, and sending product information according to defined processes.
  • Being responsible for qualifying potential new customers and forwarding activities and leads to the Sales Organization or trading partners.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for all trade partners, private customers, end customers, and internal interfaces.
  • Supporting the sales and marketing functions in developing sustainable customer relationships.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • 1-2 years of international customer service experience
  • Strong customer mindset to enhance satisfaction and service quality.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform

Job Specifics

  • Location: Wrocław, MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9
  • Work model: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week/ 8 days per month on-site
  • Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00, occasionally 8:00 - 16:00
