What You Will Be Doing
  1. Be the point of contact for our customers in Europe.
  2. Provide accurate information and guidance via dedicated chat.
  3. Advise customers on how to use FedEx services and tools.
  4. Assist with clearance processes across multiple countries.
  5. Help resolve service-related issues by providing complete and accurate information.
  6. Identify new opportunities to grow the business.
  7. Work according to the calendar of European countries.
  8. Collaborate with other teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
What Do You Bring With You
  1. Excellent communication skills.
  2. Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  3. Fluent English (written and spoken, B2 level).
  4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  5. Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  6. Confidence, empathy, and friendliness.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  8. Willingness to work shifts during Polish bank holidays and rotational hours between 6:30 am and 8:00 pm.
