Job summary

Atos is seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer to own the technical vision for the AIDLC platform, guiding architecture and engineering across Europe, the US and Asia Pacific. Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering with leadership experience in large-scale platforms.
• Deep hands-on expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and model evaluation.
• Proven ability to architect scalable, secure, cloud-native SaaS platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• A builder who reviews critical code and prototypes while guiding others.
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams across geographies.
• Strong product sense and ability to translate market needs into technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve the technical vision, architecture and multi-year roadmap for the AIDLC platform.
• Design scalable, multi-tenant SaaS architecture with key build/buy/partner decisions.
• Lead R&D on foundation models and agentic systems to deliver differentiated capabilities.
• Own delivery of engineering velocity, quality, security and cost for platform development.
• Recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing engineering and R&D organization across geographies.
• Partner with business, sales and product teams to enable field success and enterprise engagements.
