You will lead large-scale change initiatives, foster a collaborative risk culture, and leverage Citi AI tools to increase efficiency while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit or control-related functions within a large financial services institution.
• Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives, process re-engineering, and control environment transformations.
• Produce high-quality analytics, status updates, and executive reporting to drive data-backed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities related to the execution of existing controls, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.
• Ensure effective oversight routines of related Risk and Control books of work such as Issue Management.
• Coordinate day-to-day Controls-related activities.
• Manage the operation of BIR’s management forums, including coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-up on actions.
