Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a CRO specialist in Kraków to optimize our website and uncover opportunities by collaborating with Websites, Marketing, Design, SEO and Data analytics teams.

You will drive data-informed decisions, run A/B tests, and focus on improving conversion rates through user-centric insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CRO experience in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with web analytics and data interpretation.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, UX principles, and user psychology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Conversion Funnels by analyzing user behavior to pinpoint bottlenecks and improve sales and engagement.
• Generate hypotheses, set up and manage A/B tests on Hostinger's Website.
• Drive data-informed decisions by monitoring performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and data teams to improve conversion rates.
• Research user needs, conduct usability testing, and improve user experience.
• Apply CRO techniques to stay ahead of industry trends and prioritize testing opportunities.
• Report findings and present insights and next steps to internal teams.

Your role at Hostinger

CRO specialist in the CRO team. As part of Hostinger's marketing team, you'll be responsible for Hostinger’s Website optimisation and new opportunities. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Websites, Marketing, Design, SEO, and Data analytics teams.

Your day-to-day

• Optimize Conversion Funnels by analyzing user behavior to pinpoint and eliminate conversion bottlenecks, driving increased sales and engagement.
• Generate hypotheses, set up, manage, and analyze A/B tests on Hostinger's Website.
• Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Monitor and interpret performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and data teams to improve conversion rates.
• Research user needs and pain points, conduct usability testing to improve user experience.
• Apply the latest CRO techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prioritize testing opportunities based on potential impact.
• Report findings, present insights and next steps to internal teams and stakeholders.

What will help you succeed

• 2+ years of experience in CRO, ideally in a tech-driven marketing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics and data interpretation.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, UX principles, and user psychology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within the team, manage multiple projects, and drive results.
• Familiarity with performance marketing and paid ads.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to propose and execute test ideas.

Compensation from €3,500 - €5,400 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
