Role Overview

We seek a highly motivated and experienced CRM Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing our CRM activities across the US and other markets, implementing customer promotions to enhance user experience, engagement, and KPIs, as well as managing automated flows.

Responsibilities
  • Own the creation, execution, and reporting of multi-channel campaigns using our CRM tools.
  • Build HTML emails, push notifications, app messages, social media posts, automated email flows, promotional pages, and purchase offers.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials (copy and imagery) for CRM campaigns, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and suggest improvements.
  • Work with various data streams for segmentation.
  • Execute A/B testing across campaigns.
  • Define target audiences and campaigns using CRM and marketing tools.
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of college education.
  • Experience with the US market or gaming/eCommerce background is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with Bloomreach or other CRM platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
