Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant, HRSD / GBS ServiceNow, to join our global team. You will design, implement, and optimize HRSD capabilities to improve employee experience and streamline HR operations across multinational organizations.

You will collaborate with HR leaders and technical teams, configure modules (HR Case, Knowledge, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events), and ensure secure, scalable solutions with strong governance and hands-on development.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Proven end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD architecture, workflows, security, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience with HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, and shared-service models.
• Strong configuration and development skills; JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST APIs, and Integrations.
• Ability to translate HR requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow HRSD and Shared Services in complex enterprise environments.
• Configure and enhance HR modules (HR Case, Knowledge, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events).
• Translate HR requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical solutions.
• Design employee journeys for onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding.
• Integrate ServiceNow with HRIS, payroll, identity management, and other enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with HR leaders, architects, and technical teams to deliver secure solutions.
• Support Global Business Services initiatives by standardizing service delivery processes.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and provide best-practice guidance on HRSD design.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, governance, and handover.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and customer engagements.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant, HRSD / GBS ServiceNow - (Global role) to join our global team delivering enterprise-scale Human Resources Service Delivery and Shared Services solutions. You will design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD capabilities that improve employee experience, streamline HR operations, and support Global Business Services transformation initiatives across multinational organizations.

What Will You Be Responsible For

• Designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow HRSD and Shared Services solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Configuring and enhancing modules such as HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Enterprise Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, Virtual Agent, Universal Request, and Employee Self-Service capabilities.
• Translating HR, employee experience, and shared-service requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical solutions.
• Designing employee journeys across onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave management, and offboarding processes.
• Integrating ServiceNow with HRIS, payroll, identity management, document management, and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborating with HR leaders, business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver secure and user-friendly solutions.
• Supporting Global Business Services initiatives by standardizing and optimizing service delivery processes across multiple business functions.
• Leading workshops, gathering requirements, and providing expertise on ServiceNow HRSD best practices and solution design.
• Ensuring high-quality delivery through testing, governance, deployment, documentation, and operational handover.
• Supporting customer engagements, solution demonstrations, estimations, and pre-sales activities.

What Do We Require

• At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years working with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD architecture, employee service processes, workflows, security, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience with HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Enterprise Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, and shared-service operating models.
• Strong ServiceNow configuration and development skills, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with HR systems, identity platforms, payroll solutions, and other enterprise applications.
• Ability to translate HR and business requirements into scalable and supportable ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Current ServiceNow HRSD certification (e.g. CIS-HR or equivalent).

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
• Experience with Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services transformation projects.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or payroll platforms.
• Knowledge of employee data privacy, compliance, and security requirements.
• Consulting, technical leadership, and pre-sales experience.
