Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant, HRSD / GBS ServiceNow to join our global team delivering enterprise-scale Human Resources Service Delivery and Shared Services solutions.

You will design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD capabilities that improve employee experience, streamline HR operations, and support Global Business Services transformation initiatives across multinational organizations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years with HRSD.
• Proven end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD architecture, employee service processes, workflows, security, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience with HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Enterprise Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, and shared-service operating models.
• Strong development skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with HR systems, identity platforms, payroll solutions, and other enterprise applications.
• Excellent English; Current ServiceNow HRSD certification (e.g. CIS-HR or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow HRSD and Shared Services solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Configuring and enhancing modules such as HR Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, Virtual Agent, and Employee Self-Service.
• Translating HR requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical solutions.
• Designing employee journeys across onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave, and offboarding.
• Integrating ServiceNow with HRIS, payroll, identity management, document management, and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborating with HR leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver secure, user-friendly solutions.
• Leading workshops, gathering requirements, and providing expertise on HRSD best practices and solution design.
• Ensuring high-quality delivery through testing, governance, deployment, documentation, and handover.
• Supporting customer engagements, solution demonstrations, estimations, and pre-sales activities.

What Will You Be Responsible For

• Designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow HRSD and Shared Services solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Configuring and enhancing modules such as HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Enterprise Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, Virtual Agent, Universal Request, and Employee Self-Service capabilities.
• Translating HR, employee experience, and shared-service requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical solutions.
• Designing employee journeys across onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave management, and offboarding processes.
• Integrating ServiceNow with HRIS, payroll, identity management, document management, and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborating with HR leaders, business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver secure and user-friendly solutions.
• Supporting Global Business Services initiatives by standardizing and optimizing service delivery processes across multiple business functions.
• Leading workshops, gathering requirements, and providing expertise on ServiceNow HRSD best practices and solution design.
• Ensuring high-quality delivery through testing, governance, deployment, documentation, and operational handover.
• Supporting customer engagements, solution demonstrations, estimations, and pre-sales activities.

What Do We Require

• Strong ServiceNow configuration and development skills, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with HR systems, identity platforms, payroll solutions, and other enterprise applications.
• Ability to translate HR and business requirements into scalable and supportable ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Current ServiceNow HRSD certification (e.g. CIS-HR or equivalent).

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
• Experience with Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services transformation projects.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or payroll platforms.
• Knowledge of employee data privacy, compliance, and security requirements.
• Consulting, technical leadership, and pre-sales experience.
