Job summary

Atos is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant for HRSD/GBS ServiceNow in a global role. You will design, implement, and enhance HRSD capabilities, integrate with HRIS, payroll, and identity platforms, and lead workshops to deliver scalable workflows. Strong leadership, communication and English skills are essential.

The role offers hybrid work with limited office days, opportunities for certification, and exposure to multinational projects across HR services and shared services transformations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with 3+ years in HRSD.
• End-to-end HRSD implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD architecture, workflows, security and reporting.
• Experience with HR Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding and Lifecycle Events.
• Excellent English and stakeholder management skills.
• Current ServiceNow HRSD certification (CIS-HR or equivalent).

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant, HRSD / GBS ServiceNow - (Global role) to join our global team delivering enterprise-scale Human Resources Service Delivery and Shared Services solutions. You will design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD capabilities that improve employee experience, streamline HR operations, and support Global Business Services transformation initiatives across multinational organizations.

What Will You Be Responsible For

• Designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow HRSD and Shared Services solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Configuring and enhancing modules such as HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Enterprise Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, Virtual Agent, Universal Request, and Employee Self-Service capabilities.
• Translating HR, employee experience, and shared-service requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical solutions.
• Designing employee journeys across onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave management, and offboarding processes.
• Integrating ServiceNow with HRIS, payroll, identity management, document management, and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborating with HR leaders, business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver secure and user-friendly solutions.
• Supporting Global Business Services initiatives by standardizing and optimizing service delivery processes across multiple business functions.
• Leading workshops, gathering requirements, and providing expertise on ServiceNow HRSD best practices and solution design.
• Ensuring high-quality delivery through testing, governance, deployment, documentation, and operational handover.
• Supporting customer engagements, solution demonstrations, estimations, and pre-sales activities.

What Do We Require

• At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years working with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD architecture, employee service processes, workflows, security, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience with HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Enterprise Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, and shared-service operating models.
• Strong ServiceNow configuration and development skills, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with HR systems, identity platforms, payroll solutions, and other enterprise applications.
• Ability to translate HR and business requirements into scalable and supportable ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Current ServiceNow HRSD certification (e.g. CIS-HR or equivalent).

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
• Experience with Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services transformation projects.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or payroll platforms.
• Knowledge of employee data privacy, compliance, and security requirements.
• Consulting, technical leadership, and pre-sales experience.
