What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end email campaign execution - including planning, setup, testing, deployment, and performance reporting
• Segment contact lists based on behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages to run targeted outreach sequences and outbound LinkedIn/Meta campaigns
• Ensure all campaigns adhere to best practices, privacy regulations, and deliverability standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Optimize campaigns for improved deliverability, open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and pipeline impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, sales, and marketing teams to craft compelling, on-brand messaging and creative assets
• Analyze campaign data, prepare detailed reports, and recommend actionable improvements
• Stay current with email marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices
• Develop and execute A/B tests to continuously improve subject lines, content, and CTAs
• Work with channel leads to integrate email and CRM initiatives with broader marketing campaigns for a cohesive customer journey

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in email marketing, covering both inbound and outbound strategies - ideally in a B2B SaaS or digital marketing environment
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools, as well as enrichment and sequencing platforms
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, segmentation, personalization, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization
• Analytical mindset — ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines
• Experience collaborating across teams to align campaigns with broader marketing and sales initiatives
