As a Risk professional in the CFO&EV team in Strategy&Consulting you’ll work on delivery of projects for our clients – key industry players in the Risk Management sectors around the world. You’ll help clients keep up with fast changing regulations, innovations and changing market conditions, bringing best practices, technologies and strategies in areas such as credit, market, liquidity, enterprise or operational risk, financial crime, regulatory compliance, robotics, artificial intelligence and advanced quantitative modeling.

THE WORK:

• Act as a Credit Risk management professional working with Accenture’s global teams to develop cutting‑edge, industry‑leading solutions.
• Shape Accenture’s thought capital around current and emerging Credit Risk management topics.
• Use analytical and quantitative skills to provide clarity on complex issues, gather data and deliver model‑driven insights.
• Help clients use technological risk innovations (Big Data & Cloud Solutions, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning) to enhance and transform the risk management function.
• Work across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language.

Flexible: Work is delivered mostly remotely but requires travel to client locations across Europe and possibly other locations for short or long term engagements. Some in‑person time is required for collaboration, learning and relationship building.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Minimum 3–5 years of Credit Risk management experience.
• Quantification skills in the Credit Risk domain.
• Understanding of market environment and risk regulatory frameworks (Basel III & IV, ICAAP, CECL, CRD V/VI, IFRS 9, etc.).
• Experience in PD, LGD, EAD models and rating/scoring systems.
• Experience across risk platforms and technologies/products (Bloomberg, Reuters, Murex, Moody’s, OFSAA, etc.).
• Operational procedures and processes covering data management in the Credit Risk area.
• Proficient level in English (written & spoken).
