Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a data reporting and analytics expert to redesign and transform credit risk data and reporting processes. You will work with risk managers and tech teams to ensure accurate, timely insights across wholesale and retail loan portfolios.

You will design ETL pipelines, automate reporting, and apply ML/AI techniques to improve processes, while communicating findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in math, CS, econ, stats or business.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to design interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Proficient SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Design and automate reporting using Power Platform for risk data.
• Build and support credit risk reports for wholesale and retail portfolios.
• Create ETL processes to extract, cleanse and reconcile data.
• Run weekly, monthly, quarterly data processes with accuracy.
• Collaborate with tech and risk teams on data and logic.
• Automate data capture, testing, and documentation workflows.
• Create docs and playbooks to enable consistency.
• Explore ML/AI to improve efficiency.
• Present insights to risk managers for decisions.
