Job summary

Reynaers Group is seeking a diligent finance/controlling professional in Poland to prepare financial reports and support risk management processes. You will analyze receivables, communicate with clients and sales teams, and contribute to process improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a finance/accounting degree (or are studying) with advanced Excel skills and strong English (B2) and Polish (C1) proficiency, plus solid analytical thinking and proactive communication abilities.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of finance and/or accounting.
University degree or currently studying (preferred fields: finance and accounting, economics, or related).
Advanced MS Excel skills.
English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Polish language proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Proactivity, assertiveness, and open communication skills.

Responsibilities

Preparing financial and controlling reports.
Supporting credit risk management – analyzing accounts receivable, and communicating with clients and sales representatives.
Participating in the improvement of financial and controlling processes.
Collaborating with the customs and tax team.
Building relationships based on data – performing analysis, interpretation, and providing recommendations.
Communicating with Polish and international clients and stakeholders via phone and email.
