Job summary

• Monitor and analyze quality data and trends to identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Overview

The CQ Specialist DC PL plays a key role in ensuring distribution center quality compliance for DePuy Synthes products in Poland. This position supports Quality & Regulatory Affairs (QARA) International by maintaining and improving quality processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across distribution center operations. This role has direct impact on product quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, making it an exciting opportunity to contribute to the reliability and excellence of DePuy Synthes supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain quality processes related to distribution center (DC) operations, ensuring compliance with internal quality systems and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or quality‑related certification preferred.

Required

Experience and Skills

• Typically 0–2 years of relevant work experience in quality, compliance, or regulated operations, aligned with entry‑level Quality professional roles.
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare).
• Experience with documentation control, data review, and record management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional, international teams.

Preferred

• Experience supporting distribution center or supply chain quality activities.
• Familiarity with GxP, ISO, or medical device quality standards.
• Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Experience preparing for or supporting audits and inspections.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures and standards.

Other

• Language: Proficiency in English and Polish required for documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Travel: Limited travel may be required (up to ~10%), primarily regional or within Europe.
• Certifications: Quality certifications (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt) preferred but not required.

The Anticipated Base Pay Range For This Position Is

zł121,000.00 - zł194,350.00
