Country Partner Expert Benelux

Role Overview

As the Country Partner Expert for the Benelux region, you will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and users across your countries, representing Source to Pay (S2P) and Procurement. You will ensure seamless communication, drive process improvements, and foster standardized operations while considering local legal requirements.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and users per country/group, representing S2P and Procurement.
  • Connect business inquiries to the S2P operation model and handle management escalations.
  • Utilize language skills to communicate effectively with country users and external suppliers.
  • Maintain and manage Procurement User communities based on business needs.
  • Provide local audit coordination, communication with authorities, and on-site support for incident management.
  • Ensure local legal requirements and regulations are integrated into Contract to Pay processes.
  • Define, maintain, and monitor country-specific processes; drive adjustments based on local rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with other Country Partners, S2P capabilities, and Procurement Areas to identify synergies.
  • Provide insights for S2P Operations and Procurement Areas using data analytics and user feedback.
  • Lead or coordinate country/group process initiatives related to end-to-end processes.
  • Deliver innovative solutions to improve business users’ experience and ensure value delivery.
  • Actively participate in project implementation, including change management communications and stakeholder training.
Team Collaboration
  • Represent country/business user requirements as a member of the Global Business Service (GBS) – Source to Pay team.
  • Collaborate internally with: Country/group management (CFO, Site Managers), Procurement management teams and Global Process Owners, Internal Audit, IT, LPC, GFI, Global Operations Manager, Center of Excellence, and other S2P teams, IT experts and solution designers
  • Collaborate externally with: Strategic suppliers, GEP, External auditors, Other Service Centers
Who you are?
  • Degree in Economics or a related field with several years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills in English and Dutch; native Polish.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with data analytics, and proficiency in digital tools.
  • Deep business insight and knowledge of processes and systems.
  • Passionate about improving business user experience and driving innovation.
  • Proactive and resilient, with the ability to operate under pressure and in a highly intercultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
