A leading renewable energy company in Poland is seeking a Country Manager to drive regional sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the renewable energy sector, particularly in storage and EV chargers. Fluency in English and Polish is required, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills. The role involves building customer relationships and leading local teams to achieve business growth. Both regional and international travel is expected.

Taylor Hopkinson is currently recruiting for a Country Manager to join a leading renewable energy company that offers energy storage and EV charger solutions.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth of business the company has in Poland:

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth
  • Conduct regular meetings and sales reviews with clients to identify opportunities and track performance
  • Lead the local P&L, recruit and train new team members when required
  • Provide market and product insights to internal teams to support product development and marketing initiatives
  • Support marketing campaigns and ensure alignment between sales and local market teams.
  • Be available for regular regional and international travel as required
Requirements
  • Education background in Business, Engineering or similar
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the renewable energy industry, ideally with some track-record in storage and EV chargers in the C&I and residential segment
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Availability to travel when needed
