We are looking for our new Country Enablement & Communication Expert. An enthusiastic, open, and communicative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and approaches tasks with loyalty and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation
• Drive rollout activities for new processes and systems across countries
• Organize and facilitate workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment and knowledge transfer
• Develop and maintain RACI matrices to clarify roles and responsibilities
• Act as Transformation Project Manager on the business side, ensuring smooth execution and adoption of strategic projects

Additional Tasks

• Optimization of warehousing operations
• Contract negotiations and design of logistics agreements
• Implementation of logistics optimization strategies to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management and international rollouts
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Solid understanding of project management principles and business transformation
• Proficient in English and Polish
• Background in logistics processes and supply chain optimization is a plus
